The invisible force
Increasingly we come to realize that strategy is just thin air if we ignore the organizational culture. Peter Drucker stated: culture eats strategy for breakfast. So, if we have a desire to innovate or change the organization, Culture will be the en- or disabler to our plans. Although complicated and notoriously resistant to change, if we want to innovate, organizational culture draws the boundaries of the possibilities.
